It appears that in almost every country right now, there is a growing tsunami of anger. I personally believe it’s only a matter of time before we see drastic reactionary violence here, and in other countries, and not by those ‘usual suspects’ (the poor, minorities and the historically disaffected) of the past. What creates the recipe for this violence and how is it an expected opportunity for those who wish to control us? Violence is usually a last ditch effort of abject despair. While there are many that may feel we are not there, I would add the word ‘yet’. We the people - middle-class people, those who deeply care about the environment, those who deeply care about individual freedoms and those who take their oath to the constitution seriously. As our individual freedoms are slowly (and in some cases very quietly and quickly) taken from us, there may be a knee jerk reaction of despair , which can result in extreme violence (i.e. domestic terrorism). It’s definitely my hope that this does not happen, but there seems to be a manipulation towards that end. If these things do happen our government, and governments around the world, will clamp down and make the Patriot Act look like a jaywalking warning. Beware, everything is being basically set up toward that goal. There are, however, many people who are fighting this, and it’s bipartisan in many respects. Clandestine factions within our government have gotten used to not being accountable, hiding information, getting funds without accountability, and treating the American people like they are cognitively challenged children. Is it any wonder George Santos was elected and decided to do what he did? It’s a natural progression on an individual level of what is seen daily by the American people.
